Most streams for major figure skating events have geographic restrictions. In order to unblock streams, consider using a VPN (Virtual Private Network). Free VPN services are available, but the safer/more reliable ones require a fee.
Fan streams: These fan-run streams may livestream part or all of the event: QQ Live. Check the streams when the events are on. The streams should be available worldwide.
ISU: (New!) The ISU will livestream the entire competition and gala on Youtube in countries that do not have broadcasting rights for the event. See here for a list of broadcasters that have ISU broadcasting rights.
NBC Gold: Subscribers in the USA can watch the entire competition and some practices live on NBC Gold.
