2015 Japan Open, CS Ondrej Nepela Trophy & JGP Spain

SYWTW FS

Busy week coming up as more top senior skaters debut their new programs at Japan Open and Ondrej Nepela Trophy, while the Junior Grand Prix continues with its sixth stop in Spain!

JAPAN OPEN

Japan Open is an invitational team competition where skaters are grouped into Team Japan, Team Europe, and Team North America. Each team includes two ladies and two men. Skaters compete with only their free skates; their scores are added up and the team with the greatest number of points wins. Retired skaters can also be invited. The Japan Open gala is called Carnival on Ice and invites skaters who did not participate in the competition, in addition to the ones who did.
